The Albany House is situated on an idyllic site overlooking the bucolic farmland of Vermont's North-East Kingdom. The design program involved turning an existing summer camp into a year- round residence. This included supplying power "off the grid" using solar panels and a wind generator, in addition to the design and placement of new windows to optimize passive solar gain.
